The Korg 01W/FD. This synthesizer launced my interest in making music again.
Although it is a simple sample player, the interface, soundquality and build-in
sequencer made it a very succesfull one. On the left you see a few pedals I
used: A Boss flanger and digital delay and underneath a Boss reverb.
Most Korg songs were done on the internal sequencer. Quite amazing when I think
about it now.
And because you could record so easily on it, there are a lot of “soundscapes” saved from this period, because I recorded all those ideas.
